im still consistent with my caloric intake but i can shift the calories to a better time slot... i have an ultimate plan and week by week i add on something  as to not jump in right away that way i can make slow changes and get in to "routines."

Failure occurs when you give up everything all at once.. i decided to get my workout routine down.. which it is.. and this week im going to put in "healthy" calories... now my body will adjust to the new way of life...

lets just see the results when they come.. if you havent motivated me so far, now i will prove to you that my method is AWESOME for me.

just wait until final week!

i know what works for me ... its not a program.. its just workout videos...adding a little extra cardio to my strength training is not "changing" things.. trust me strength training alone may burn body fat, but i still need cardio to burn calories.. weight loss for ME requires both. i am not changing anything, im adding to it.

As you know, diet is the most important. Best advice I can give is to cook all your food for the week on the weekend. And just get rid of any bad foods so you have no choice. That's how I made it work.

You don't have to do an ounce of exercise, just be consistent with diet.

My biggest problem from over eating was when I stayed up at night. Getting a solid 7 to 8 hours has helped normalize my appetite more than any workout or diet.
