DATE: 2/13/12 countdown is: about 6 weeks left.

My goal was 10 lbs.. currently i have 9 more to go ugh. my ultimate goal is 15 lbs to be at normal healthy weight.

but slow steps right?

since the working out and watching my calorie bit didnt go as planned. I am trying soemthing CRAZY! i have 6 weeks to lose this weight i need to LOSE this weigh off my belly... when Asim asked me today " are you okay your face looks swollen?!?!!" he meant i had a sinus infection.. i took it as.. OMG all my hard work is not paying off.

so lets see, i cant stick to one thing cuz my life is so fluctuant.. i have to get cracking on a diet that WORKS does that mean my family will be dealing with an ultra cranky me? SURE.

Ok so the game plan is as such:

day 1-4: protein only to get myself motivated, Zain would kill me knowing im doing this ( i care what he thinks cuz hes ultimately responsible for my downfall aka i am gonna blame him for not keeping me in check :)..

day 5-30 add in my veggies... still keeping the carbs out of reach, then adding in the carbs... and then getting to where im going eventually iA.
 

42 days for me to get there right?? ok, but basically im cutting out the crap, no i am eating this crap for 300 calories and skipping lunch. i will have a headache yes. but it will be worth it.

the exercise plan:

mon: core
tues: KB, HIIT
wed: zumba/strength train
thurs: KB , HIIT
Fri: zumba/yoga
Sat: Stength train
Sunday rest or stretch.

so far this is my working plan.... i just rearranged some things but basically i am not changing the workout, just the food again this week sucks.

2/5/12: only 6.5 weeks to go.. and im no where close to my goal or even on track to attaining it.

yes i wanna give up today, but tomorrow is a new day:

So since everyone is too busy eating right and working out.. im gonna say some stuff:

i was off track for 2 days didnt work out, blamed a scratchy throat and impending doom of a cold upon me....

anyways: im back on track.. good bye terrible weekend of bad food and bad decisions.

today i already worked out and its 1052 am, i have to be at work in 1 hour, still need to shower and get there ...

best part of the day! 60 degrees here in the CHI in jan amazing...

didnt go to kettlebells, cuz no time.. but its only 1100 pm: i still have time to get in my work out...

day 2 of shakeology... liking it better with skim milk. and no peanut butter. barf.

i downed 3/4 of it, now i'm so full.

todays eats:

1. lettuce (by itself how boringly gross) 65 calories
2. then lettuce with 1/2 tsp of light poppyseed dressing/ grilled chicken 3 oz/ 1/2 tsp goat cheese guilty pleasure/ strawberries/blueberries 285
3. snack: i was soo hungry .. we had a fire drill of sorts at work, and i ran out with my bag that had.. wheat thins i ate 2 serving 30 pieces about.. wasted carb calories 280 yikes!
4. dinner: more lettuce and chicken, 4 croutons 179
 5. snack: shakology shake: 200 calories

65+285+280 + 179+ 200 + 80 (i think i ate a pice of granola, i am adding it just in case i do): under 1200 for sure!

goal here i come!!!!

im down 3 lbs!!! on my office scale, which was up by 2 whole lbs yesterday...

only 12 more to go!!!
