Fit Meals and Recipes / Gordon Ramsay's Broccoli Soup
« Last post by zainrazvi on January 21, 2012, 01:05:20 am »
You can make this sans olive oil and it still tastes amazing.

I just made some the other night. It tastes like it's way more than just salt, water, and broccoli. Give it a try. A bowlful is less than 50 calories. I get tired of brown rice, so sometimes I just pour this soup over my brown rice. Get all the benefits of broccoli with alot less chewing and alot more taste.

Good Job Nay!
I think the important point here is that you are working out nearly everyday! You do not need to workout 7 days a week to lose weight. I think one small change at a time will help you achieve your goal in no time.
Also, when we begin eating healthier i think we put to much stress into eating TOO healthy! It is ok to cheat every so often, but it is all about CONTROL: portion control and frequency control. Ok so you had some of noora's cake, thats fine! make sure that tomorrow you dont. I always have chocolate cravings and I refuse to entirely give up a food item, so when I am trying to lose weight I generally eat healthier and i still indulge every once in a while.

So far I've been working out about 5 days a week. cardio for about 30-45 minutes and then trx challenge or some form of other strength training. Anyways peace!

Did you count the bite of cake in your calories?

Look, the workouts matter, but nothing matters as much as your diet. You want results? Eat clean, and eat at a caloric deficit. Fat will be lost.
